Sounds like a great day

He looks handsome, in a retreiver ish sort of way
He’s definitely retreiver-ish.
OMG, this is too funny (droll!)…My song is Surf City by Jan & Dean.
That’s a good song, too!
Hanging with you, Frank and dragging the Vegas Strip in a 30 year old Mercedes was definitely a memorable moment!

Coming to the square dance convention here next month?
I’m not coming to Convention. Too expensive.
I have your site bookmarked and your feed link saved. I should be good to go now.
As an analogy, I was imagining being in the bathroom and having a conversation through the door with a housemate – this is something my roommates and I do all the time. I really do think it has to do with the level of comfort and closeness with the other person.
I do agree that at weddings and funerals, telephoning is completely inappropriate, though, and too narcissistic a behavior to be tolerated.
The “loo” situation is what horrifies me most. I was at an outlet mall yesterday and went into the men’s room where someone was talking on a phone in the stall, whilst making unpleasant noises and proceeding to tear toilet paper.
I don’t know if the naive assumption is that the recipient cannot hear you, or if the caller simply has no inhibitions. My father started doing this when home phones became cordless. Fortunately, not while sitting, but it annoys the hell out of me when I can hear him urinating. It really does come down to a question of politeness and attention.
The most interesting part about this is the question of whether the value of interpersonal conversations has been reduced or elevated. For instance, in the case of the toilet, I would say it has been reduced in that it is not longer priority enough to “hold it”. In the other cases of funerals and such though, it seems the value of the call has been elevated above all else.
Interesting comment. Please, I like a lot robin wright, could you tell us what she said via cell phone? At least, what your friend remember about that.
It would be interesing…
I Think YOu suckkkkkkkkkkkk If you were to be our president ohhhhhhhh

Hi Paul,
You were great at Octavia Lounge. I don’t think anyone noticed
what you did about your first song. You sounded like you perform everyday.
It was a pleasure meeting you and hope we have another opportunity to chat again.
Keep up the good work!
All my best,
Ann
Yep! I know but there not much you can do except being here for your friend, and giving him all the resources needed. Then, they unfortunately, have to take the decision to leave these kind of people on their own…
I beg to differ. This season has been a huge dissapointment. I can’t stand Starbuck. She should have remained dead. The producers have run out of ideas. What a horrible mess so far!!
man looks like I missed my chanced to sgine up for this contest. is there gonna be another one?? and if so where would I have to go to appply and send my demo too?
thanks!
Paul,
sounds like a fun trip and one that Tim and I would do, but without the gas stop. Glad you had fun, got to see the Kelso Depot. Its cool! and I am even more excited that the bike was a good fit for you and that it will be used by a caring and loving person! Keep Feb in mind for the Tour de Palm Springs. Would love to see you riding in front of me!
Hugs,
Andy
It’s a nice movie, and the best version of the book.

While the rest of us dopes worked data entry, you worked the LAN. Yes, this old shipmate of yours remembers you.
What I remember of you is that in an environment of square pegs, you were weren’t even a peg! To say you were a round peg would say that you MIGHT have belonged in that mindset of that environment.
No sir, my friend. You were, and I assume you remain- a sparkplug. Not a peg, not a cog, but the spark that gives life to the machine.
I learned much from you, but most was from reflections and not directly. Would love to hear from you, see where you are, what you’re up to.
I would think that either you’re incredibly successful in some artsy-fartsy/creative way, or you’ve been assigned to the lunatic assylum. Maybe both? LOL

Hey Paul, How are you doing? You look ready to wrestle! would enjoy wrestling with a big guy like you. Take care and have a great day.
That’s an original. Couldn’t be made up. Thanks for sharing.
He claims that he has made the profile edit page stop responding to non-bear411 referrers, which in theory should stop people from being able be logged in as others.
Uh… no. Because as long as you get the right cookie and the right PHP session ID from that link, you’ll be logged in as someone else. And when you click the “edit profile” link, you’ll send a referer that says you’re coming from bear411.
In other words, Greg is an incompetent boob, a liar, or both.
Always good to hear different opinions. I thought Pete was fantastic last night. You have to keep in mind that last night was a T-Dance and was clearly advertised as such. T-Dance music is cheesy, very gay anthems and disco. It’s not dark, it’s not circuit and it’s not current pop. It’s as cheesy, gay, hands-in-the-air as the DJ can get away with. It’s mostly about classics and updated remixes of classics, with soon to be T-dance classics thrown in. It’s vocal tracks you may have heard on a Saturday nite 5 – 20 years ago (I.e, Deborah Cox “Absolutely Not”, Amber “Sexuality”, Abagail “Let The Joy Rise”, Donna Summer “I Feel Love”, Madonna “Music”, Donna Lewis “Fools Paradise” etc) and just a sprinkling of soon to be T-dance hits. But the rule of thumb is, if it’s being played in the big clubs right now, unless it’s super, uber gay, you don’t play it. T-dance is a very specific genre just like Hip Hop, or Circuit, or Country etc. And as someone who loves T-dances and has played many many many . . . Pete was exceptional last night in my opinion. And the club stayed packed until it was closed. But it’s cool if you don’t like T-Dance music, that’s why there was FRESH last night and that other party. (-:
If you’d like some more music to download, go to http://www.djmcsf.com and click “Free Downloads” in the upper bar. My 6 hour Adoins set is there for Free Download, as is my BEARRACUDA set with Sam Storicks from New Years and my last SANCTUARY set. I personally like the Adonis the best. So let me know what you think. I always love the feedback. And it’s definitely not T-dance, so I’d be interested to see if you like it. – Matt
Does that weird ad for EventPlannerPro creep any of you out? Does the EPP website creep anyone out?
The EPP site was a site we created to help bear clubs spend less time doing the back office job of running an event. Marketing, ticketing, & surveys. We DO NOT use any of the information gathered for the club. Our only interest in exchange for the FREE service is a simple note at the end of each interaction with the user if they have an interest to sign up on our site. We feel we created a site that would help bear club board’s, that are usually all volunteers, to spend more time planning and managing the event.
What about that the site doesn’t work right with the latest version of Firefox?
The issue we were having was only in FireFox 2.0. We fixed the problem this past Monday. We found the bug and published the fix.
I am here if you need any further information on our site or further info on the EPP website.

Paul, your approach is quite gentlemanly, for lack of a better word!
Oh, I get plenty for referrals. For me, it’s about honoring my clients’ confidentiality and creating a safe space for them to relax. I can imagine lots of reasons why someone would want to have their own agency in deciding who they let know that they are seeing a massage therapist, just like they might not want people to know they were seeing any other kind of therapeutic service provider.
It’s not about me being shunned, because my clients are often quite ebullient at meeting me in public. But it’s about letting them decided on their own comfort level.
Paul – I don’t see anything wrong with acknowledging clients with an initial hello. You are a massage therapist providing bodywork, that should be honored, not shunned. If you were a private escort it might be different, but if things were more open THAT level of discussion might lead to more referrals and a certain level of conversational comfort. Just my two cents. Carlos.
It’s Jack Garceau!
Musclebears can be very friendly, contrary to the bad rap they sometimes get. I bet besides your killer smile, they liked what they saw. WOOOF. Big hairy muscle hugs. Thanks for sharing.
