I don’t like your site, and stop messaging me with your spam.
To which he replied
So no one should email you unless they know in advance you like everything
about them? lay off the drugs dude, your a moron.
And of course, I had to reply…
You’ve sent me this email before, asshat, and I’ve asked you before to spot messaging me. I used to have a globalfight account, and I deleted it because I don’t like your site, or your business policies. So go away and leave me alone.
His response:
I would like to apologize in advance for whatever upset you in the past. Now
and present it is ME emailing you and nothing to do with spam. I do not have
some huge spam service so I do not know if I sent someone whom I find
attractive an email before or not because it is ME and not a system… hence
NOT spam.Yes, I happen to be mentioning my site in the email because it has been around
for 45 years (the Gillespie listing) WAY before the internet and we used to
print out of pocket a small directory for the gay underground. We have been
helping gays connect long before any other gay connection service was even
around so YES there is a bit of pride in what we have done to help people
connect so they do not commit suicide as they used to do in many decades past.One final bit of trivia at the world internic convention I was awarded the
worlds best kept secret because WE DO NOT spam and mass email and link to
search engines in unethical ways and otherwise carry on with very ethical
practices… so your way off base. I am simply one guy who found you hot,
sorry your response was less than humane.
And my final rejoinder…
Dude,
you do spam – this was an unsolicited commercial email you sent me. You might have found me hot, but you couched it in commerce – offering me money to submit pictures to your site(s). That’s an unsolicited commercial offer. The fact that you’re sending it from your “webmaster” address just goes to show even more that it’s a commercial offer.
You also spam a Yahoo group of which I moderate – BearsLycraSpeedos. You don’t participate in the discussion going on over there, except once in a while you spam the group with links to your websites, as well as going through the membership list of the group and send them messages inviting them to your sites. That is the essence of spam.
So, don’t try to put this on me for being upset that you have spammed me now and in the past – that’s just despicable and only goes to show more that you’re nothing but a spammer.
Be gone.
