What Should I Call This?

Do you ever get these crazy ideas, like what if you took a boneless pork shoulder roast and put it in the crock pot with a large can of crushed tomatoes, a can of coconut milk, a tablespoon of garam masala, a teaspoon of hot horseradish, two cloves of garlic and two onions, both sliced paper thin?

Well, in about 12 hours, I’ll find out.
