Response from Best Buy re: Geek Squad Vans

So, I got an email from Customer Relations at Best Buy. It feels somewhat like boilerplate, but it’s better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Paul,

Thank you for contacting Best Buy via email. I’m Paula with Customer
Care.

We appreciate your concern that two of our Geek Squad vans were parked
illegally on Fell St. in San Francisco on August 25, 2007. A formal
complaint has been filed on your behalf. Your concerns will be provided
to the appropriate management teams for review. Please be assured that
your concerns have been registered and any appropriate action will be
taken to resolve them. Best Buy strives to provide our customers with
the highest level of service, convenience and selection. We value
receiving your comments so we may use this feedback to improve the
shopping and service experience for all of our customers.

Thank you for sharing your comments with Best Buy. Please do not
hesitate to contact us with additional questions or concerns.
