Yesterday was a really great day, filled with a garden of delights. First I had a client at 9am who it seems wants to be a regular weekly client – score! Then I grabbed a quick bite to eat, and headed to the Castro, where I hung out with some buddies and people-watched and crocheted. Next, I hopped back downtown for my afternoon client before turning back around to the Castro for some of Pink Saturday and the screening of Starrbooty, RuPaul’s latest movie endeavor. It was a blast!
I wandered around the Castro in a wrestling singlet, while everyone else was all bundled up – that sure provoked a lot of stares, but not a lot of talk.
Came home and went to bed not long after. The crowds last night took up almost all of my energy
Today, I canceled all my engagements, though. I just can’t seem to assemble my shields to fend off the crowd. The thought of venturing out into it is making me feel physically ill.
