I did more externship hours at the Mime Troupe on Tuesday, then had a client that night. Yes, I can hear you saying, but you’re closed for business on Tuesdays, Paul, and isn’t that your square dancing night? *sigh* I know you’re right, but another client asked me as a favor for a friend of his who was here from out of town. Anyway, I’m glad I did it, but i don’t intend to make it a habit.
Yesterday in class, we did Sports Massage 2, Post-event work. It differs in a few ways from Pre-event work, as it’s somewhat slower and you can do trigger point and myofascial work if you want, but it’s still a pretty high-intensity workout.
Today is Sports Massage 3, and then later tonight I’m going to see Cherry Poppin’ Daddies at the Red Devil Lounge. Hopefully with Joe the Cub – I’ll know for certain at 1pm when I call him back to confirm things. If not, then I’ll probably pop another posting on here to see if someone wants to go.
