The miniPCI WiFi card for my laptop showed up today. Yipee! I got it installed and tested out on the network here at UGH. Now all I need is for the new battery to arrive, which UPS says will be here on Thursday, and I’ll be all set to hang out at BearBears in the Castro and cruise for cock set up client appointments. I published my massage calendar remotely on my server, so I don’t have to synchronize anything, just use the file wherever I am.
I went and got a “rice plate” with 
Big John in SF (bigjohnsf) at Wing Lee Bakery, then ate in our regular spot at Stow Lake in Golden Gate Park.
The Plus class at Foggy City is going well; there are only three calls left to learn, and then comes four weeks of learning the calls from different positions, and more challenging combinations of calls. Harlan is apparently notorious for this. I am looking forward to the challenge.
After class, I had dinner with four other members of the club and we discuss some of the problems that have been happening with the club lately. Mostly, we are in a space that is too expensive for us. I think that with a little extra effort on everyone’s part, we can get past this difficult period. To that end, I volunteered to do a little searching for a better space for the club. It should be fun!
