I just finished with my afternoon client, and now it’s time to start cooking. The (very traditional, sorta) menu:
Roast turkey
Apple-sage stuffing
creamed peas w/pearl onions
mashed potatoes w/gravy
some form of turnip, probably mashed
candied carrots
stir-fried brussel sprouts
brocolli with cheese sauce
braised chard with bacon
cranberry relish
bavarian rolls
pumpkin pie
tangerine meringue pie
apple pie
cheesecake with pomegranate sauce
wish me luck! The cooking marathon has begun!
