My crazy younger sister, Vel, is getting married next week to her man, Jim. She asked me to perform the ceremony. For a $43.00 fee, one can get a one-day permit to perform a marriage, like I did for my older sister, Erica, a few years ago. Well, apparently, one can also become ordained by The Universal Ministries by filling out an online form. And, it’s both totally legal and free!
